This workshop is for women who are walking any path at any stage of motherhood—pre-conception, pregnancy, abortions, losses, miscarriages, adoption, an empty-nesting. We will take a deep dive into narratives around self, birth and sex. It will be a process of claiming and re-claiming—listening rather than demanding or prodding.

Access points will be an lived experience into the vastness of the nervous system web. We will specifically explore the predator/prey dynamic within our nervous systems— how do we live out the role of predator? When do we occupy the prey? You can expect to access and activate your Inner Jaguar.

This process is experiential and involves somatic recall and insights on how physiology often supersedes willpower. In tandem, we excavate our stories and place them on the page.

  • Where do they live and act in the body?
  • If you weren’t afraid, what would you have done and what would you now do?
  • How can your storyteller self reorganize your neural pathways?
  • How can the renegotiation of experience be a pivotal step in healing?

Through the powerful combination of movement and writing, we will move toward charting a new map for who we are, what we want, and how we connect to ourselves.

This work is playful, profound, adventurous and system-altering. All you need is a body and an urge.

Our latest books on Motherhood were published within weeks of each other. We instantly became fangirls of each others’ work. Shortly after, we started a dialogue- both devotees of the voice of the body and the role of somatics and movement in eliciting powerful stories. We come together to offer the best of both of our offerings and collaborate in an exploration of body, feminism, womanhood, and new meanings.

Where: We will meet together where Molly makes her home in Bozeman, Montana in the midst of fall foliage. Surrounded by five mountain ranges and in the wild, Bozeman is a powerful energetic vortex.

Sacred Sexuality Salon

Saturday, October 6th, 7pm -10pm

We live in a new era of self-definition as women. Arousal is life force potential is
erotic energy. Many of us have developed a connection to spirit through meditation
and yoga. But most of us have separated our womanhood, our sexual identity, and
our soul path from our spiritual practice. A Sacred sexuality salon is a centering of
the female sexual experience. The power of erotic energy takes us into the world of
the unconscious where important soul information lives and shows itself.

What does a sexuality that honors the Feminine look like? This salon is a lived
experience. Rather than just talking about it, theorizing about it, projecting it, or
imagining it. All who gather will witness one expression of a female arousal

In this intimate 3 hour experience, all participants will remain clothed and there will
be no genital touch. There will be trauma-informed guides to support. This
workshop is for women who are interested in investigating, dismantling and
reconstructing their own sexual scripts. This workshop is not for women who have extensive sexual trauma but have not yet sought

Investment: $75 ($55 if you take Reclaim Yourself as well)
